Parents and schools need to work together for the betterment of the students. Parents play an important role in providing support and building the confidence of their children. Parents should check some of the tips or activities they can use to develop their children’s confidence and improve their school experience.

    Uniform Policy

    Students are expected to wear the following:

    Short or long sleeve Polo type shirts, with 2-3 buttons and a collar, in the solid colors of White, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Red, Yellow, Hunter Green, or Gray.

    Short or long sleeve button-down oxford shirts in the colors of White, Blue, or Yellow. 

    Also, students may wear long sleeve t-shirts, turtle neck shirts, or mock turtle neck shirts during colder weather under their uniform shirt.

     

    Pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, capris, or jumpers in the solid colors of Khaki, Navy Blue, or Black.  These must be properly fitted.  Waistbands are to be fitted to the waist.  Cargo pants and pants with pockets sewn on the outside are not allowed.  (Shorts, skirts, skorts and jumpers must extend below the fingertips, when the child is standing with hands to their sides.)

     

    All clothing must be free of logos, unless they are Porter Spirit shirts.

    Shoes must have shoestrings, buckle, zip, or Velcro, and have a closed toe.  Flip-flops are not allowed.
